Our Games At Your Event

The Benefits To Your EventThe best events offer a variety of attractions, and our traditional "Fair type" games make a fantastic addition to almost any occasion. They give people something fun and engaging to do and work well alongside other attractions.

Add colour and excitement to your event with our bright, eye-catching games. They’re great fun to play and, importantly, very winnable.

One of the hardest groups to entertain at events is slightly older children. They’re often too old for bouncy castles but not always interested in adult-focused attractions. Our games are particularly popular with this age group and tend to appeal far more than many other options. That said, adults are always keen to have a go too — everyone loves the chance to win!

Varied activities are essential at any successful event. You might have a car show or a dog show, but many visitors want a quick five-minute break to do something different. That’s where we come in, offering a fun attraction that fits into any style of event and adds an extra layer of enjoyment.

Our fairground-style lighting also makes the stalls a great attraction in the evening. Night-time events benefit hugely from illuminated features, which not only look great but also help light up the surrounding area for added visibility and safety.

What We Can PayThere are a few options available for events where we can pay to attend the event and charge customers to play.
  • Set Pitch Fee - This is the standard option for established events with a fixed pitch fee, usually based on pitch size. Please note that we don’t take thousands of pounds, so we’re unable to pay high pitch fees. As a rough guide, think about what you might charge a local cake stall — that’s typically the level we work at.

  • Donation At The Event - This is our preferred option for new events or those without the photos/ability to show past attendance figures. We make a donation at the end of the event based on how well we’ve done. Please note: if our takings are under £150, we reserve the right not to make a donation.

  • Percentage Agreement - This is most commonly used when working for someone who holds the rights to supply all games, but it can also suit some other events. Under this arrangement, we pay a percentage of takings (normally 10% of sales), sent by bank transfer within three days of the event ending.
Please note: we’re unable to attend very small events (generally under 200 attendees) as it isn’t cost-effective to transport two trailers. If we’re unfamiliar with your event, we may ask for photos from previous years, a Facebook page or website, or details of how the event is being promoted. Unfortunately, some events rely on just a couple of social media posts and end up with very low attendance, which isn’t workable for us.

Email us with some details about your event and we’ll be happy to discuss which option might work best.

What We NeedOur self-contained game trailers require very little setup. We use built-in batteries, charged by solar panels on the roof, to power low-energy lighting — so no mains electricity or generator is needed.

All we require is:
  • A reasonably flat area measuring approximately 6 metres wide by 3 metres deep (or 20 feet by 10 feet) for the games

  • Space behind or very nearby for our prize van (it’s shorter than the trailers and usually sits out of sight)

  • An reasonable size audience of event attendees who might like to have a go at our games
